How is the delivery process?

Since the models we produce are handcrafted and made to order, the delivery time is determined according to the density of our production line and the models you request and is stated with the offer.

- Our company works in the public sector such as State Universities, Ministry of Health, Provincial Health Directorates, as well as Foundation Universities, Private Hospitals, etc. It also provides services in the private sector.

Our company provides factory, spare parts and technical service guarantee for our simulation models and anatomy models in its production range.

Training on the installation and use of the models is provided by the relevant unit of our company.

Our company is the only local company producing in Turkey.

Once you receive the exact order information for the model/models for which you received the offer via e-mail, you can complete the necessary procedures and make the purchase.

In public institutions, after the order letter is received, delivery is made within the maximum period specified in the price offer. In private institutions, our delivery processes begin upon completion of the necessary procedures.

We have dealers in some regions operating throughout Türkiye.

Our company produces upon order and it is not possible to keep products in stock.

To prevent deformations during long-term use, we use new generation unbreakable plastics in all our models. Our raw materials are produced from special plastics imported from abroad. Our simulation models are easy to use, contain Turkish interface and software, and are multifunctional.

In the production of models, magnetic magnets are used in addition to the mounting parts for assembled parts, thus deformations resulting from long-term use are minimized. Our technical team visits universities at the end of each semester and carries out free maintenance and repair of deformations in the models. In addition, factory, spare parts and technical service guarantees are provided for the models sold.
