OVARY

This model, made from specialized plastic, is enlarged to approximately 10 times its natural size. It consists of 13 pieces. In a horizontal section parallel to the margo mesovarikus, the model shows follicles at different stages of development, corpus hemorrhagicum, corpus luteum, corpus albicans, and atretic follicles. These structures can be partially removed and replaced. The model is mounted on a base.
