BOVINE RECTAL EXAMINATION SIMULATOR

GENERAL APPLICATIONS

1. Developed for veterinary gynecology, reproduction, and rectal examination training, the model realistically simulates the half-body of a standing cow.
2. Allows realistic assessment of the anatomical structure during examination thanks to its life-size anatomical pelvic channel and pelvic bone structure.
3. Realistically simulates the anatomical soft birth canal extending cranially to caudally, comprising the ovary, uterus, cervix, vagina, and vulva.
4. Enables rectal examination of an open uterus via a non-pregnant uterus model designed in accordance with the anatomical features of the uterus, featuring preserved uterine horns and realistic softness.
5. Allows implementation of different training scenarios with interchangeable uterus models representing various stages of pregnancy, as well as fetus and placenta structures conforming to gestational weeks.
6. Realistically simulates bilateral palpation of middle uterine artery (arteria uterina media) fremitus.
7. Offers artificial insemination training with its palpable and catheterizable cervix structure suitable for artificial insemination procedures.
8. Includes anatomical reference points suitable for high and low (superior and inferior) epidural anesthesia training.
9. Optional Feature: The model comes standard with healthy udder anatomy. If the Mastitis Training Set (AZ/730)—specially designed for mastitis education and clinical practice simulations—is purchased separately, the model is supplied with the diseased udder structure mounted in place of the healthy udder.
