ADULT ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT SIMULATOR
Developed for advanced life support training in adults, the mannequin is made of special plastic that is not easily deformed. The anatomical structure of the mannequin is suitable for an adult man and has a realistic appearance. The face, chest and injection areas are made of elastic material that gives a realistic skin feeling.

Description
Features:
- The manikin features articulating joints in the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, waist, hips, knees, and ankles, allowing for effortless and natural movements.
- A 12-inch tablet is provided. It can connect to the manikin wirelessly to function as the control panel. This control panel enables the monitoring of various procedures, including CPR, pulse management, ECG, intubation, spontaneous respiration, pupil control, blood pressure measurement, application feedback, and vocalization.
- Bilateral pupil evaluation can be made. The diameter of the pupils can be adjusted as desired through the control panel, simulating normal, mydriasis, and miosis conditions.
- The model can be voice-activated using pre-recorded sounds such as crying, shouting, moaning, vomiting, coughing, retching, and normal breathing. Alternatively, users can control and customize the vocalizations through the control panel for a more realistic anamnesis simulation.
- Airway Management: The model features oral cavity, tongue, teeth, glottis, trachea, esophagus, and both right and left lungs. The neck and jaw are articulated, and when viewed with a laryngoscope, the vocal cords are clearly visible. Oral and nasal endotracheal intubation, LMA, LTA, and Combi tube procedures can be performed.
- During endotracheal intubation practice, the user can monitor the cannula’s progress in the trachea and potential misplacement in the right bronchus or accidental entry into the esophagus through the control panel.
- The simulator features synchronized and adjustable unilateral brachial and radial pulses and bilateral carotid and femoral pulses according to the selected ECG rhythm.
- The accuracy of CPR applications can be monitored in real-time through the control panel.
- You can adjust the head and neck position and practice airway opening procedures while monitoring transaction accuracy through the control panel.
- The model features a one-way valve system that ensures the air provided to the manikin flows in a single direction, effectively preventing any backflow to provide hygiene during the training.
- Artificial respiration can be performed through mouth-to-mouth, mouth-to-nose, or bag-valve-mask ventilation with a realistic chest rise. Bilateral and unilateral chest rise can be observed.
- During artificial respiration, the adequacy of breaths can be continuously monitored, and overinflation and any signs of air entering the stomach can be observed via the control panel. The screen displays the number of both correct and incorrect procedures.
- The manikin is equipped with a chest structure that accurately simulates resistance during a cardiac massage, allowing for realistic practice. This resistance is achieved through the incorporation of a steel spring system beneath the chest, effectively preventing any potential chest collapse resulting from repeated use.
- While performing cardiac massage, the control panel guides you in maintaining the correct hand position and tracks the adequacy of compressions, including insufficient, sufficient, and excessive applications. The screen displays the number of both correct and incorrect procedures.
- Reports for CPR, ECG, and intubation applications can be obtained retrospectively through the control panel.
- The manikin is equipped with 4 ECG points and 2 secure metal points for administering electrical treatments, including the use of a real defibrillator. The chest skin of the manikin is designed to withstand shocks effectively.
- In the control panel, 43 different ECG rhythms can be chosen, and their heart rates can be adjusted. When medical interventions are administered to the manikin, the heart rhythm can be customized to the desired pattern by the trainer.
- The manikin is compatible with both simulated and actual AED devices, which need to be supplied by the user.
- Noninvasive blood pressure (BP) measurements can be performed on the left arm, allowing for the adjustment of systolic (SBP), diastolic (DBP) blood pressure, and heart rhythm (HR) values.
- The manikin is well-suited for training in venous puncture, injection, transfusion, and blood withdrawal. It offers anatomical representations of the cephalic and basilic veins in both the right and left arms, along with the veins on the dorsal surface of the hand. The realistic vein structure provides a distinct sensation when inserting a needle, and this procedure can be practiced repeatedly. The model allows for the replacement of injection pads and blood vessels.
- Bilateral IM injections can be administered to the vastus lateralis and deltoid muscles.
- IM hip injection can be administered to the ventrogluteal and dorsogluteal areas.
- Intraosseous infusion (IO) procedure can be practiced on the left leg. The procedure can be made more realistic by using simulative blood fluid within the bone modules.
- Realistic sensation of sphincter resistance during male and female urethral catheterization and bladder irrigation.
- Ostomy (colostomy and ileostomy) care.
- Enema procedure with liquid solution injection.
- The manikin can be recharged and is ideal for field training.
