EYEBALL (ENLARGED 5 TIMES)

It is made of special plastic and is about 5 times larger than the natural size. It consists of 3 pieces. The model sits on the bone of the base of the orbit. In median section, in the left half, the lens and vitreous humour are fixed. The right half shows the sclerotic membrane partially opened from the outside in order to expose the retina. The interior side shows the ciliary body and the background of the eye. A section of the retina shows the structural scheme of the choroid membrane with retina. It is mounted on a base.
